Thai Food Innovation Institute

Thai Food Innovation Institute is a proposal that aims to conserve, collect and disseminate knowledge regarding Thai cuisine and its innovation. The institute’s location, architectural quality and suitability for exhibition will provide opportunities for domestic and international appreciation
of Thai cuisine.
Thai Food Innovation Institute consists of three major programs working in synergy: the Culinary Institute that teaches various courses in Thai cuisine and provides education to the mass and the people in the food industry in order to raise its standard, the Thai Food Innovation Lab that offers research space and research tools inclusively for both the public and specific target groups to prepare for potential crises, and the Thai Food Dissemination Center that houses both rental space for food business and a learning center that exhibits the Institute’s research and hosts any additional activities.
